The project comprises of a brand new £25 million building as part of the Diamond-II upgrade for Diamond Light Source (Diamond), the UK’s national synchrotron.
Located on the Harwell Science campus in Oxfordshire, Diamond is a ground-breaking science facility that will be upgraded and expanded thanks to a £519 million investment from the UK Government and the Wellcome Trust.

Set across 12 floors MSD new head office and labs in London CBD Providing accommodation for existing MSD London functions and 180 discovery research scientists.
3,663m2 on 3 Lab Floors and 1,269m2 additional expandable Day 2 Lab (4,932m2 Total). Office accommodation over 4,000m2. 1,850m2 of public realm including around 180m2 of exhibition space at the ground level. 200+ person capacity multi-function auditorium. Bike storage.
